Week 3 is here! We are almost halfway through with the challenge. Way to go Beauties!
This can be around the time when motivation starts to dwindle and life gets busy. I wanted to share some mindset tips that help me stay inspired.
Stay positive:
I cannot emphasize this enough! Change is HARD. If you get discouraged do not focus on what you did not do, instead shift the energy to be more positive, “Im going to do X” rather than “I did not do Y.” Before you know it you will have moved on.
Give yourself a mantra: "I can do this. I will do this."
My mantra is an incredibly simple but effective one. I find that it helps me set and achieve goals and conquer stress and obstacles that we all come across in life. This is one of my keys for staying on track. Develop a simple positive mantra and play it on repeat. I can do this. I am doing this! Whatever the goal is when you tell yourself you will achieve it you are more than halfway there.
