6-Week Challenge: Week 5
Week 5 Beauties! We are almost there - you are all amazing!
I wanted to share a few positive thoughts that help me tune out negativity and stay on track. They help reframe my attitude to remember why I am committing to a challenge or a weekly workout schedule. Hope they help you as well!
Believe that you deserve the health, beauty and grace you desire
An important part of making healthy changes and establishing new habits is to have a positive outlook. You need to believe that you are worth it and tune out the negative voices. They are your own worst enemy when you are trying to reach your goals and build a happy, healthy life for yourself. Become aware of these destructive thoughts and begin to replace them with positive, encouraging thoughts about yourself and always remind yourself that you can and will achieve your goals.
Have FUN!
Remember exercise and a healthy lifestyle should make you FEEL your best. Forget about how you look and focus on how you feel. Your workouts should strengthen and empower you and make everyday life a lot more positive and fun.
