BB 12-Day Challenge Dear Beauties, As we move into 2018 we are thrilled to introduce new workouts and challenges to take Ballet Beautiful to the next level! I hope that you will join me on a 12 day challenge to kick start the new year and maximize our workouts together! Whether you are looking to gain strength and confidence, tighten up or simply refocus your workouts, this program is designed to be a fantastic refresh for the body and mind. Our Custom Workout Subscription now has over 200 videos and growing. This challenge is a great way to mix things up and max out your BB Streaming Library. I’ve included a mix of targeted toning and mat work to build lean muscle along with barre and cardio exercises to add a serious burn. I’ve also built in a rest day every week which is essential for pushing ahead. The body needs time to recover and rebuild in order to work at the highest level.
