Watercress spicy chili crisp sauté
Watercress is one of our favorite leafy vegetables! These gentle-looking leaves carry a distinctive kick, with a powerful peppery favor. Did you know that watercress is extremely high in antioxidants? It has many incredible health benefits, and it's great when used in a fresh salad, or added to a soup or sauté... You can enjoy watercress in a variety of ways. Below is Ballet Beautiful Master Trainer Yuki's recipe for a watercress spicy chili crisp sauté.
Watercress, trimmed and rinsed thoroughly
2 tbsp oil
2-3 slices of fresh ginger, julienned
1 clove of garlic, sliced
1 tbsp of spicy chili crisp
Toss all together
Add in kosher salt, to taste
Roasted radishes
We love to serve this vegetable for spring! This unexpected side is sure to impress with any main course. We love to accompany these with a creamy main dish like pasta, or to use them as a low-carb replacement for potatoes.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
Wash and dry
Slice fresh radishes into quarters
Place on baking pan & toss in in olive oil
Sprinkle onion powder, salt & pepper and toss
Mince garlic and toss evenly among radishes
Bake for 20-25 minutes, tossing halfway
Edges should be slightly browned to ensure the radishes have cooked completely and are slightly crispy
Roasted garlic green beans
A classic side veggie that's always sure to impress. Tried and true, you can serve green beans as a side dish with almost any meal. This one you can even toss in with the radishes, for double the side dish fun!
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F

Place on baking pan with radishes & toss in olive oil
Sprinkle with salt

Oh! I’ve never roasted roadsides before. Do they get soft inside like roasted potatoes or carrots? Great idea!
Hi Daniella! Yes, roasted radishes end up having a more roasted potato like texture! Soft on the inside and crunchy on the outside! So yummy! Season with lots of your favorite spices and you've got a healthy dupe for roasted potatoes!
